Where are your workshops and events located?

Most workshops and events are held in our studio and showroom, 2708 S. Lamar Blvd. Austin, Tx 78704. Look for the big white building, our shop is Suite 100 B right in the middle, you can't miss us. Otherwise detailed information will be provided for the whereabouts.

 

Where do I park?

For in house happenings we have parking directly in the front of our space, as well as in the back behind our building. Parking is also available on Dickson street in between Gourdoughs and Sonic. For remote happenings please contact the venue directly.

 

What are the age and experience requirements?

Our events are always all ages, if alcoholic drinks are offered please bring your ID to partake.

For workshops we ask that anyone under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult. No experience is necessary for our workshops, they are beginner friendly and accessible.

 

What is included in the cost of the workshop?

Workshops are all inclusive, this means everything is included: quality materials, detailed instruction by professional teachers, handouts, and sips/treats. The cost of the workshop accounts for the time and efforts that we and our instructors put into preparation for the class.

 

How do I know if I have a spot reserved?

Each of our events and workshops are different, depending on description and fact of the matter. Some are free with recommended RSVP which is done directly through our website, others require payment to hold your spot. You will receive email confirmation upon sign up. If I don't RSVP does that mean I can't come?

RSVP for events is a courtesy to us and helps us plan accordingly and provide the correct supplies needed. 

RSVP for free workshops is recommended to allow registered participants priority seating. Walk in guests are always welcome as these are generally fast paced and intended for rotating participants.

 

Do workshops or events ever get canceled?

We will only cancel due to emergencies. You will be notified by email in advance and fully refunded if the rescheduled date doesn't work for you.

 

I can't make it to the event or workshop!

No worries! We understand things come up. Please inform us 48 hours in advance for a full refund, 24 hours in advance for a store credit towards any services or goods. You are also able to transfer workshop reservation to friends or family in the event that you can't make it, just call us directly 24 hours in advance to do so 512-765-6685

 

Do you host private events, workshops, or parties?

Our talented staff of artists are happy to bring the party to your space or host at ours. 

We can provide atmosphere, decor, entertainment/activities, classes, and more. "Party Packages" are available as well as individual services. Please email us to discuss further and see our workshop Menu.
