What is your return policy?


We accept undamaged/unused returns up to two weeks after purchase with proof of order (receipt). Return shipping is your responsibility, items must be returned in exact packaging to ensure safety. We require that you email us beforehand to let us know you are sending a returned product, if it’s our mistake we will send you a shipping label promptly:


Exchanges on undamaged/unused goods up to 30 days after purchase. Return shipping is not covered for online orders. Please email us before sending anything our way:

Issues with a product? Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product so we can assess the situation. In most cases we will send a new product immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

(outside of the US)

For International Inquires please email us: with your order details and we will create an invoice for you once we have calculated the shipping costs. Unfortunately our website is not advanced enough to calculate the rates on its own.
